Syed has been very helpful in helping me understanding and applying my module of econometrics. We had a series of discussions on topics, such as assumptions of OLS, the Gauss-Markov theorem, dummy variables in regression, checking models for goodness of fit, instrumental variables, two stage least squares etc. In conclusion i feel he is a very good teacher and would definitely recommend for anyone new or already doing econometrics.

I got a financial econometrics research project and needed help from Mr. Syed. This was not just a great learning experience, I also learnt a lot about complex methods of econometrics and finance such as Fama French models, ARIMA, ARFIMA and the ARCH/ GARCH models.
